The Operations Manager will oversee the British Council Kumasi operation, providing leadership and direction to the Kumasi team and ensure the effective and optimal use of resources and premises. The postholder will manage the smooth implementation of projects and programmes, providing business solutions and innovations, budget management and the achievement of set goals and targets. Additionally, the postholder will develop relationships, identify and develop business opportunities that lead to new projects, programmes and business for the Kumasi operation.
This role requires someone who has an Operations background. Your operations experience will need to be highlighed in your application.

• Stakeholder and Key Customer Relationship Management
• Project Financial Planning and Management
• Contributing to Strategic Development
• Line management of staff
• Monitoring and Evaluation
We are looking for someone with:
• Experience of operational and resource management
• Experience of representing an organization externally
• Knowledge of education systems
