MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing financial assets of the Company and its Partners.
• Sourcing for funds from high net-worth private individuals and corporate institutions at competitive rates.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
• Assist clients in defining goals / objectives and constraints, setting asset allocation policy and selecting appropriate investment portfolio.
• Monitoring investment rates of competitors and advising accordingly
• Monitoring maturing principal/ interest and communicating to clients for further decisions – rollover or redemptions.
• Understanding clients’ investment needs, circumstances and advising accordingly.
• Assisting with the developing new investment products for the Company
• Creating investment strategies to help increase the profits of the company and suggesting changes when the need arises.
• Developing and implementing the investment policy of the company and explaining the terms and conditions to clients
• Maintaining relationships and developing referrals from clientele base.
• Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director or his representative
Qualification Required & Experience
• Fully Chartered Professional in relevant fields such as; ICA, CIM, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, FRM, or other related fields.
• Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) Certification is a requirement
• Minimum of a 1st Degree in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting from an accredited tertiary institution.
• 7 to 9years relevant work experience, 3 years must be in a senior managerial position with a reputable organization.
SKILL SET REQUIRED
• Risk Management skills
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Exposure to diversified business and financial institutions
• Excellent report writing and presentation/public speaking skills
• Experience in undertaking strategic reviews of business and in market research
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
• Strong networking skills
