Job Description
• Assist with the developing, initiating, maintaining, and revising of policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities
• Collaborate with the Head of Risk and Compliance in the overall administration of company and industry regulations
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses across the branches
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, that is developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues
• Monitor and coordinate compliance activities of the company, staff and other service providers
• Ensure all regulatory record keeping and reporting requirements and ensure timely updates in response to changes in regulations
Required Skills / Experience
• First Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following field, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field • Must have not less than 3 - 5 years working experience in a similar position and also in dealing with Security and Exchange Commission. • Adequate knowledge and experience in relevant laws, regulations, standards and compliance issues relating to financial services industry. • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Years of Experience : 3-5 Years
