Roles
- Drive and deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of Specific Retail Products & Services.
- Own and manage personal product & channel sales targets to contribute towards own sales objectives.
- Identify when & where to refer customers to an appropriate area of delivery for specialist sales help or advice.
- Identify cross –sell opportunities when making customer contact so as to maximize the customer value from each interaction.
- Deliver world class customer service practices and ensure adherence to Barclays Service standards.
- Own customer queries and complaints by forwarding all complaints received to the appropriate branch for action.
- Achieve operational rigour excellence in all aspects of procedures and processes undertaken to ensure 100% compliance.
- Minimise potential for fraudulent applications by following each product criteria.
- Ensuring that impairment is well below the recommended standard given by the bank from time to time.
- Ensure compliance with operations risk & rigour requirements e.g. Health & Safety standards and security of premises.
- Build effective relationships with team members and retail support staff as well as key support functions.
- Share knowledge experience and best practice with other team members.
- Provide honest, direct and constructive feedback to others.
