Human Resources Manager will be tasked with the following:
- Creating and reviewing job descriptions, company’s compensation program
- Conducting annual salary surveys and performing benefits administration
- Developing and updating the company’s salary budget
- Revising and maintaining the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Overseeing recruitment for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Conducting new employee orientations and overseeing exit interviews
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
Requirements
Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in HR
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in one of the following:
- Human resources
- Organizational behavior
- Management and leadership
- Industrial relations
Professional certification for human resource managers in any of the following designations will be a plus:
- SHRM-CP (certified professional)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP)
- Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)
