S4D is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative to lead the promotion and sales of our Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) and other end-to-end digital health solutions for private hospitals and specialty clinics in Ghana.
In this role, you’ll represent S4D’s hospital digitalization services—helping institutions optimize clinical workflows, improve patient experiences, and support seamless care delivery through our advanced, integrated digital platforms.

Remuneration:
- Monthly Allowance: GHS 2,000 to cover work-related expenses.
- Commission: 5% of the total value of each successfully awarded contract.
- Expense Flexibility: The GHS 2,000 monthly cap may be exceeded upon approval in cases where additional expenses are necessary to pursue a promising sales lead.
- Performance Expectation: At least one viable sales lead is expected to be generated within the first four months of engagement.
