Do you have a passion for real estate and a keen eye for tech-driven solutions? S4D Consulting is looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to lead the promotion of our Property Management Solutions, including both S4D’s proprietary SaaS PMS and the Zoho PMS solution, to real estate developers and property managers across Ghana’s growing property market.
If you are a B2B sales professional with a solid understanding of property workflows and the ability to manage technical discussions, we want to hear from you.

Remuneration:
- Monthly Allowance: GHS 2,000 to cover work-related expenses.
- Commission: 5% of the total value of each successfully awarded contract.
- Expense Flexibility: The GHS 2,000 monthly cap may be exceeded upon approval in cases where additional expenses are necessary to pursue a promising sales lead.
- Performance Expectation: At least one viable sales lead is expected to be generated within the first four months of engagement.
