S4D Consulting is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote our cloud-based School Information Management System (SIMS) to primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions across Ghana. What You’ll Do:
Client Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage public and private schools across Ghana
- Generate leads through school visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital outreach

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, ICT, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in educational sales or technology
- Ability to effectively engage with school decision-makers
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and school information systems
Remuneration:
- Monthly Allowance: GHS 2,000 to cover work-related expenses.
- Commission: 5% of the total value of each successfully awarded contract.
- Expense Flexibility: The GHS 2,000 monthly cap may be exceeded upon approval in cases where additional expenses are necessary to pursue a promising sales lead.
- Performance Expectation: At least one viable sales lead is expected to be generated within the first four months of engagement.
