Duties

  • Liaise with the administrator to keep the office environment clean at all times
  • Handle correspondences and organise files
  • Attend to all visitors and clients of the organisation 
  • Undertake all communication about the payment of utility bills and the purchase of groceries for office use 

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification

  • Experienced SHS / Diploma holder in any related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage daily operations and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports

Compensation

  • GHยข1,300 net all inclusive
