Role Description
Machine Operation:
- Operate and monitor machines used in UV printing, laser cutting, and other production processes.
- Ensure machines are set up correctly for each job and operate within specified parameters.
Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet Fusion 360's quality standards.
- Identify and report any deviations or issues during the production process.

Machine Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the Operations Manager.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the production team and other departments to meet production schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production outputs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide regular updates on machine performance.
Efficiency Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with UV printing, laser cutting, or related processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Experience with Quality Control processes and procedures
- Proficient in using Hand Tools
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating machines in a similar industry.
