MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Law Degree from a commonwealth jurisdiction.
- Qualified to practice Law in Ghana (i.e. BL).
- At least 8 years post-call experience, 5 of which must be in an Energy focused law firm or company.
- Geographical mobility within and outside Ghana where necessary.
PERSONALITY TRAITS
- Strong team spirit
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Good planning and organizational skills, including the ability to anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and function efficiently whilst working to strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Must be dedicated, conscientious and reliable
Working Relationships
- Executive Management and Board Members
- Team members and other colleagues in cross-functional departments
- External lawyers, clients and other business stakeholders.
