Job Description
- Recruit, train and supervise field workers effectively.
- Plan and manage assigned projects to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Create standard operation procedures that support both current and new projects
- Procure external services and other resources effectively.
- Contribute to the development of market research proposals.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities.

Required Skills or Experience
- Must have completed tertiary education
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field of study.
- 2 to 3 experiences in a similar role would be advantageous
- Have working knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques
Personal Traits
- High level of integrity
- Ability to get things done.
- Good leadership skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and digital).
- Proficient in IT applications and relevant software.
