Your role as Retail Associate:
You will primarily be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Head of Retail / Operations to create an engaging guest experience, drive results, and engage operational processes, including opening and closing of the studio, filing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

A typical day in this role will involve supporting customers with their shopping needs, making recommendations, restocking shelves, maintaining a tidy store environment, and working with the team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate
This role is best suited for a graduate with a keen interest in fashion, fashion business, sales, and visual merchandising, must be able to work effectively in a team and with at least a year experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience
- Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining guests as top priority.
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Operations, production and studio teams.
- Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet all customer needs.
- Manage and process all transactions accurately and efficiently and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.

Required Skills or Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Marketing, and other relevant fields.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
