Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, innovative Growth and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will work for GD Supply Chains and its affiliates, playing a key part in orchestrating marketing strategies and expanding business reach.

The successful candidate will develop and implement digital marketing and growth initiatives to boost brand awareness, engage prospective clients, and drive revenue growth. This position is hybrid, allowing you to work both remotely and in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Development:
- Craft, launch, and refine digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, and PPC to maximize impact and reach.
Content Creation and Online Presence:
- Develop engaging content for various customer touchpoints to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Oversee the company’s online presence, ensuring fresh and relevant content across the website and social media platforms.
Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Leverage data insights to refine strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
Partnerships and Networking:
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to expand business opportunities and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related discipline)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or business development, ideally within logistics or the supply chain industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, and CRM.
- Demonstrated success in campaign development and achieving growth objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with creativity and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
