The Business Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of the company in the hospitality sector in Kumasi. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify new business opportunities through research, market analysis, and outreach to potential clients in the hospitality sector.
- Maintain and update a list of prospects and conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media.
- Assist in the creation and execution of targeted lead-generation campaigns including event organization.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or sales-related roles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media tools.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
- Ability to plan and organize sales-driven events
- Experience with CRM software or sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
- Flexible work hours, including evenings or weekends for events or networking opportunities.
