The Senior MIS Associate will be responsible for driving company-wide optimization initiatives through identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks in processes and procedures, and deploying the right technologies. The Senior MIS Associate will play a key role in leveraging the latest technologies to drive our business forward and will lead efforts in automating processes, integrating applications, and migrating to new software platforms.
This role requires a deep understanding of project management and change management to transition business processes from stand-alone semi-computerized to fully networked-computerized systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contributing to complex MIS transformation projects and a passion for continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Application Integration & Software Migration:
- Drive the integration of various applications to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their application needs and ensure effective integration.
- Ensure third-party applications are integrated efficiently.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migrations.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors (e.g., consultants, technical experts) to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Lead MIS projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report on project status to senior management.
- Oversee the management of vendors and external service providers.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient with new systems.
Budget:
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly budget of Corporate MIS. Ensure the MIS budget is in line with the department’s scheduled activities.
- Follow-up with the Finance on the release of funds for approved expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Business is a plus.
- Multicultural experience is mandatory.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in MIS, with a focus on optimization, integration, and software migration.
- Proven experience managing large-scale MIS transformation projects (automation) and leading cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
