Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive with strong networks across industries such as retail, logistics, SMEs, and government sectors to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This is a performance-based role, with opportunities to earn a base pay and significant commissions tied to achievements.

The ideal candidate will leverage their relationships and expertise to close high-value deals promoting Coconut’s services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Leverage existing networks to identify and secure new clients needing printing, shipping, and incorporation services.
  • Develop customized proposals tailored to client needs and close high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow.

2. Revenue Target Achievement

  • Achieve a monthly revenue target of ?150,000 across Coconut’s three services.
  • Close deals worth at least ?80,000 monthly to qualify for base pay eligibility.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

4. Market Research and Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide insights to management on market opportunities and challenges.

5. Reporting and Collaboration

  • Prepare regular sales reports detailing pipeline status, deal closures, and revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.

Compensation Structure

Base Pay:

?3000 per month (eligible only if a minimum revenue of ?80,000 is achieved in the month).

Commission:

3% on all deals closed once the monthly revenue target of ?150,000 is met.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

  • Proven sales track record, particularly in retail, logistics, or SME-focused industries.
  • Strong network of contacts in relevant sectors with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in printing, logistics, or incorporation services is highly desirable.
