Overview of Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the boarding house, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance & Safety: Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine repairs and inspections, and enforce safety and security protocols.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, manage bookings and leases, and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in property, hospitality, or residential management is highly preferred.
- Education: A degree or certification in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in supervising staff.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with residents and staff.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software and basic financial management is beneficial.
