As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire office operations, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and compliance, and maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our, staff, clients, partners. Your role will include managing staff, handling guest inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented properly.
- Supervise and manage front office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Ensure consistent and exceptional customer service is provided to all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Implement and monitor front office procedures and standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the front desk.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial management related to front office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office management or a related field.
- Smart, intelligent, and proactive individual.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and front office management software.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
