We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR/Administrator to provide administrative support to our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, handling human resources tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage the school’s front desk and reception area
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and students

2. Human Resources:
- Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, benefits, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate staff development and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
3. Student Administration:
- Manage student enrollment, registration, and records
- Coordinate student orientation and induction programs
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report absences
4. Communication
- Develop and disseminate school newsletters, announcements, and updates
- Coordinate school events, such as parent-teacher conferences and open houses
5. Other Duties
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Head of School/Principal
- Provide support for special events and projects
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and administration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
