Required Skills or Experience
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing deals, exceeding sales targets, and negotiating contracts. Experience in building sales pipelines and executing strategic sales plans.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly to clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and forecast revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Track record of nurturing long-term client partnerships, resolving issues, and driving customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics, identify market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
