Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Accounting personnel to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support financial decision- making. The ideal candidate will oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax filings, and budget planning to enhance the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Handle tax filings and statutory compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and SSNIT contributions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Support external audits by preparing necessary financial documentation.
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICA Ghana, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or startup environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
