Job Summary
The HR Manager (Generalist) will manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational planning. This role is perfect for a professional who can align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture. The HR Manager will support business growth by ensuring HR initiatives are implemented effectively and contribute to employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Drive talent development programs, including leadership and skill-building initiatives.
- Manage employee lifecycle from hiring through to offboarding, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, ensuring policies and processes are effectively communicated.
- Foster employee engagement and improve communication channels between employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.
- Contribute to workforce planning, developing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Support the development of organizational culture and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and employee development.
- Proven experience in handling a wide variety of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Competencies & Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions and align them with organizational goals.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent at driving HR initiatives that impact employee development, retention, and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and improve workforce strategies.
