Key Responsibilities
Office Duties:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, data entry, and document filing.
- Coordinate shipments, inventory records, and supplier communications.
- Assist in bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.

Field Duties:
- Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation of agro imports.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Visit suppliers, warehouses, and distribution points as needed.
- Support procurement processes and assist in supplier negotiations.
- Gather and report market intelligence on agricultural products and industry trends.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or logistics role (experience in the agricultural sector is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work in field locations when required.
