Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patrol Supervisor located in Accra. The Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security guards to ensure the security and safety of assigned areas. Daily tasks include supervising client locations, enforcing security procedures, ensuring adequate daily attendance, preparing daily and weekly security reports, and coordinating with law enforcement when required.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Experience in security operations is a plus
- Senior High school certificate or diploma required; additional certifications in security-related fields are a plus
- Know how to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
