Job Summary:

Coordinate & provide the relevant input and analytical support in the administration of surveys, organizational design & analytics, Performance management and other organizational development (OD) assigned tasks.

Job Role:

  • Provide information for organizational design review, support in design discussions and update of organizational organogram.
  • Collate and analyze information for Job Profiling and Evaluations – Provide input and advice in the review and creation of job profiles and evaluate jobs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date survey trends dashboard of all surveys.
  • Support in raising and following up on SSH tickets in relation to OD process requests for system updates.
  • Support with survey administration and coordination, drive survey communication & participation, answer survey queries and analysis of survey data.
  • Responsible for updating organizational structures with role occupants and other related information.
  • Track Recruitment request brought to OD team and advice on OD related information for effective recruitment process.
  • Provide monthly reporting on tasks/areas assigned.
  • Support with HR projects as assigned.

Education:

  • First Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences or a related field of study.

  • 3 years’ relevant HR experience in HR practice.
