We are seeking a skilled Sales Technician to support our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction chemical products to clients, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting and product application guidance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or chemical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within Ghana as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
