Apollo Steel Ghana Limited, a Steel Company in the Tema Industrial Area is looking for a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Officer to provide support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
- Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
