Sunda International is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee payroll and benefits administration across Ghana, Nigeria, and Cameroon. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, optimizing compensation structures, and managing employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate should have strong payroll expertise, regional HR knowledge, and experience handling cross-border compensation & benefits processes. Prior experience managing compensation and benefits in multiple countries will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy & Payroll Management – Oversee payroll operations and ensure competitive, compliant compensation structures across Ghana, Nigeria, and Cameroon.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory payroll & benefits requirements in the region.
