We, Abas Limited are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Services Marketing Specialist to promote our training programs and expand our client base. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and engaging with potential clients to increase enrollment in our training services. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and traditional marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and professional development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote training programs.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

2. Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote training services.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website content and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
3. Content Creation & Branding:
- Develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, blogs, and case studies.
- Write compelling copy for ads, emails, and social media posts.
- Work with designers and videographers to create promotional content.
4. Sales & Lead Generation:
- Generate and nurture leads through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, HR professionals, and training managers.
- Conduct presentations and webinars to showcase training services.
5. Event Marketing & Partnerships:
- Promote training events, workshops, and seminars.
- Collaborate with industry associations, influencers, and partners for joint marketing efforts.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and ROI.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
Required Skills or Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sector.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, CRM software).
- Proficiency in social media management and email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot).
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing and corporate training sales.
- Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning trends.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
