About The Team
- Enforce all aspects of the Food Safety and Quality Management System related to your department is followed and maintained.
- Enforce security structures, and procedures to prevent/mitigate losses regarding inbound/outbound of finished goods.
- Ensure all managers are given authoritative security advice appropriate to areas of their work
- Design workable security plan to support promotional events to “push and pull” the Share Volume.
- Drive Fire Prevention Awareness Programmes and establish working relationship with the National Fire Service.
- Co-ordinate and evaluate performance of 3rd party security service providers.

Purpose of Role
Implement Diageo non-negotiable security standards (people security, travel security, physical security, situational awareness, event security, investigations, risks assessment and brand protection as defined in the global security policy.
- Provide total security solution for the Kaasi sites.
- Report to the Head of Security on all security matters affecting employees, the site and, sales team in the market
- Share intelligent information with the Head of security to advise the business on security threats/risks to people and assets security
- Risk assesses all event grounds and recommend the needed security requirement and precaution.
Top Accountabilities

Qualifications And Experience Required
- A degree or equivalent experience in Security Risk Management
- A relevant tertiary qualification in a subject area that is related to the role will be accepted (e.g. Law, Security and Justice Administration etc).

- Proven experience in the Police Service, armed Forces (Must have attained the rank of ASP or Major in the Army or 10 years security management experience in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of interaction between the company and law enforcement agencies in kidnap/extortion and crisis management cases. At least 2 in a commercial industry.
- Experience of dealing with Line and Senior Managers.
- Must have some knowledge in electronic surveillance systems and policies
- Mobile and available to respond to crisis situations.
