Key Responsibilities
- Collect data for the development of guidelines, processes and internal controls for the management of material and human resource and logistics of the commission
- Facilitate the distribution of material and human resources in accordance with approved plans to support programmes and activities of the commission
- Collect data for the development of a comprehensive database on material resources and logistics of the commission
- Undertake data entry activities on the management of material and human resources and logistics
- Facilitate the organization of meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops of the commission
- Collect data for the development of a comprehensive database of programmes and activities on human and material resources and logistics of the commission
- Collect data for the preparation of the budget and annual work plan of the unit
- Collect data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the unit

Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, human resource or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution
- Must have completed national service
- Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the hiring organization in collaboration with the public service commission
Competencies
- Knowledge of public sector legal and regulation framework
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of public financial, procurement, budgeting and auditing regulations
- Very good knowledge of public service, human resource and labour laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of relevant IT applications
- Good qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, firm and fair
