Job Description
We are looking for young, vibrant, and self-motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:
Duties
- Provide guests with information about services available within the facility and the surrounding community.
- Use appropriate checklists to perform guest registration, check-in, and checkout procedures efficiently.
- Verify and establish guests' payment methods for accommodations.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, manually or using computer systems.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and provide change to guests as needed.
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities, including balancing cash accounts.
- Review guest accounts and charges during the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
- Post charges for rooms, food, beverages, and other services to ledgers manually or via computer systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing messages using telephones or telephone switchboards.
- Assist housekeeping staff with duties as required.

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a WASSCE Certificate, National Certificate II in TVET, or a Diploma in Hospitality Operations.
- Proficiency in computer applications is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Trainable, flexible, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
