Position Summary
A growing real estate company that has recently added to its business portfolio, the development of contemporary and luxury homes is in search of a Sales Executive for immediate employment. The person will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and selling newly developed homes. The candidate must have significant experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Arrange advertising programs to promote the properties.
- Generate leads, identify prospects and follow through till sales is closed.
- Design or draft content filled proposals to prospective clients when required.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle client enquiries and maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business.
- Schedule, arrange and undertake viewing appointments with prospective clients.
- Liaising with the projects team to ensure all clients' specifications are adhered to.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Significant experience in the Ghanaian Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate.
- Passion for sales, and a good understanding of the sales process.
- Goal-oriented and desire to deliver results.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or related applications.
- Reside in Tema or surrounding areas.
Candidates who live in Prampram, Dawhenya and Tema or the surrounding areas are highly encouraged to apply.
