Powertel Ghana Limited is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling generators, spare parts, or related power solutions and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base.
- Identify and engage potential customers in need of generators, spare parts, and related services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless product delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the energy, power solutions, or engineering sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Minimum HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
