The mission of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department is to empower communities within the GEGL pipeline right-of-way, with a particular focus on project-affected persons (PAPs), especially women and girls. Our key objective is to provide sustainable access to clean water, improve health outcomes, and foster economic growth through agriculture. We are committed to driving lasting change by implementing innovative water solutions and agricultural projects, ensuring that every person in these communities has the resources needed to thrive.
Through collaboration, compassion, and environmental stewardship, we aim to enhance the quality of life in these areas, supporting income-generating activities in agriculture that empower women and girls while promoting equitable access to water for all.

FINANCE
- Assist the Departmental Head in the preparation of the monthly budget.
- Develop and manage all budget items, including cost control and expenditure forecasting.
- Ensure the budget is in line with the department’s scheduled activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Farming experience is mandatory.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in field analysis, data collection, farming programs, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry or for an NGO.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Hands-on experience in field investigations and compliance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and field operation standards.
- Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) or similar mapping tools is an advantage.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and report writing.
- Knowledge in intercropping and small-scale farming.
- Ability to work in challenging field conditions and adapt to changing environments
