A reputable real estate and construction company is seeking Project Administrators to provide administrative and operational support to the Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will reside in or around East Legon or Koforidua, have strong organizational skills, experience in project coordination, and a background in real estate or construction or project management.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage project documentation, scheduling, and communication while ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management Team.  
  • Training and screening new artisans.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, records and review contracts with artisans.  
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficiency.  
  • Assist in budget tracking and procurement coordination for materials and contractors.  
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections.  
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, artisans, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.  
  • Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or project management.  
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Must reside in or around East Legon

Salary: GHS 1500
