Job Description
The ideal candidate is expected to focus on collaboration by developing leading solutions to create brand visibility and drive volume growth:
- Design various strategies to promote sales
- Expand the coverage of the Company brand by using available digital and traditional channels
- Strategize to increase the market share of our product portfolio
- Identify prospective dealers and build sustainable business relationships
- Leverage on the existing and new networks to increase market share
- Manage sales/stock data and analyze data for effective strategy
- Manage and promote a high-performing culture through sales coaching, mentoring and merchandise planning
- Plan and implement various strategies to position our brand strongly
- Propose and implement various online strategies to increase sales
- Establish a deep knowledge base and become our experts for the industry, study competitive trends, and provide leadership by analyzing channel, consumer, and marketplace dynamics.
- Advise leadership regarding gaps and opportunities to grow business
- Partner with key stakeholders, Marketing and our customers to understand current trends and their business strategies and needs
- Bring fresh ideas and develop customized programs that help to grow our businesses and achieve sales targets
- Identify opportunities and deals and close the deals, or ask the team to follow up to close deals.
