Patrol Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervision of guards at various clients' locations
- Resolution of shortages that may arise
- Resolution of grievances among guards or reporting to
- appropriate authority
- Addressing client-related issues or escalating to appropriate
- authority
- Ensuring post orders are adhered to
- Monitoring and ensuring the punctuality of guards.
Competencies/Skills:
- Ability to manage a team and demonstrate good leadership
- Ability to drive a car or ride a motorbike and also possess
- a valid licence
- Responsive to time
- Good client relations
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of security operations
- Meticulous and attention to details

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School certificate
