Job Responsibilities
- Consulting with other managers in the provision of HR support and guidance
- Resolution of complex employee-related issues and grievances
- Foster a positive work culture which promotes employee engagement and teamwork
- Conduct investigations related to workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Managing and maintaining HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant technology
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Enforcement of HR policies and procedures in alignment with the goal of the business
- Implementation of a performance appraisal system and ensuring timely evaluation
- Ensure effective filing of employee records both manually and electronically
- Preparing employee-related letters and documents accurately following standard procedure
Competency/Skills
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or law enforcement Organisation
- Excellent communication (Written and verbal)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Organisational and time management skills
- Meticulous
