Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate is not only an expert at managing and growing social media platforms but also comfortable being the face of the brand on TikTok and Instagram. You’ll play a key role in engaging our community, identifying trends, creating captivating content, and analyzing performance to drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create and manage engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our goals.
- Be the face of the brand on TikTok and Instagram, confidently appearing in videos and representing the company.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to jump on relevant trends to enhance engagement.
- Actively engage with our community by commenting on posts, responding to messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using HubSpot and other tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in HubSpot is required for managing social media performance and engagement.
- Comfortable appearing on camera with a confident and approachable presence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends, pop culture, and what drives engagement.
- Ability to analyze metrics, identify patterns, and optimize social media strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with community engagement and a knack for creating meaningful interactions online.
- A quirky, unique personality that can add character to the brand while maintaining professionalism.
