Objectives of this Role:
- Drive brand awareness and position Tidyex Home Services as the go-to provider for home services.
- Increase customer acquisition and retention through targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Leverage customer insights and market trends to develop strategies that resonate with local homeowners and property managers.
- Optimize marketing efforts by analyzing campaign performance and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Enhance the customer journey by implementing lead nurturing tactics that convert inquiries into loyal clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the home services industry, focusing on local market needs.
- Collaborate with the SEO specialist to integrate keyword insights and optimize campaign content for search engines.
- Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements to engage target audiences.
- Monitor and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels, to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), HubSpot, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
- Experience with Zoho CRM and other marketing automation tools are required.
- Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising.
- Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
