Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bilingual Community Manager based in Accra, Ghana. The role involves managing community engagement, creating and curating content, monitoring social media channels, and fostering relationships with the audience in English and a local African language.

- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Experience in community management and engagement
- Content creation and curation skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
