Brobd Solutions Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team in building engaging and user-friendly enterprise systems. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and responsive user interfaces that meet the needs of both administrators and end users, ensuring the system is easy to navigate, trendy and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers and developers to define and design the application user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
- Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity throughout development.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience creating responsive designs for multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to improve the user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS and understanding of frontend development principles.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Familiar with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
