Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across all social media platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to align social media content with business goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget to optimize ROI.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Possess between 3 to 4 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in content creation, photography, or video editing.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies
