Job Purpose
- Assists in the administration of more complex projects. Monitors and schedules the flow of materials, components, assemblies, and inventory.
- Performs detailed inventory analyses and addresses problems in an effort to keep system data accuracy high, excess inventory minimized, and manufacturing plans on schedule

Job Description
- Enters and releases milestone sales and service orders at the direction of the Project Manager for complex/ large projects
- Determines the sources of the components (to make or to buy) per current operation sourcing strategy and enters into the system
- Maintains and updates the manufacturing execution plan for assigned projects. Reports manufacturing status to the Project Team
- Coordinates with Engineering Class 1 & 2 ECNs as they affect inventory and schedules. May handle multiples project plans simultaneously
- Monitors the flow of inventory throughout projects
- Generally assists manufacturing areas in prioritization efforts
- Analyzes supply and demand of inventory and long-lead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventory
- Analyzes and corrects excess supply orders in the ERP system
You Are Meant For This Job If
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience
