- Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and enhance engagement.
- Analyze customer data to develop insights that improve sales performance and customer retention.
- Design and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM management, customer service, or sales analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
