Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new clients, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products and services
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure growth in the pipeline as well as actual business opportunities
- Develop presentations and plan corporate events for existing and potential clients
- Maintain media relations and build strong public relations to ensure the goodwill and image of the company
- Coordinate with stakeholders to produce distinctive and responsive promotional and marketing materials

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management and or Construction sector
Knowledge
- Project management
- MS Suite
Skills & Behaviour
- Action-orientated, entrepreneurial, adaptable and innovative approach to client relationship management and business development
- Ability to think strategically to see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to grow the business
- Excellent interpersonal skills
