We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Administrative Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Masters Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven experience in providing high-level support to senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
