ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Administrative Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and disseminate meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between departments and senior management.
Project Support:
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of special projects as assigned.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Masters Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven experience in providing high-level support to senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
