We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the institute, ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs, and providing exceptional customer service to both existing and potential students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Market Mentor/Tutor and other team members
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and progress
- Handle student inquiries, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage the maintenance of the institute's facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns
- Perform data entry, manage spreadsheets, and generate reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in an educational or training environment
- Certification in administration / Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Online Forex Trading, CFD trading and trading platforms a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
